We Provide:

• Blocks - Tuna Loin trimmed and cut in to smaller block shapes between 800 g - 1.5kg per block. Block specifications can be customised to meet your requirements
• Steaks - Tuna loins cut into steaks.
• Saku - Tuna meat cut in to thin rectangular blocks
• Tuna Belly Flaps - Belly flaps are cut out from the belly area of the Tuna fish and it consists of the highest content of fat in tunas. These belly flaps are used to make toro
• Loins- YF tuna wholes split into quarters, both ends of each quarter removed, dark meat and remaining minute bones removed and trimmed.
• Chunks - C/C, cross sections of tuna loins.
• G/G - Whole tuna gutted, dorsal/pelvic fins and tail removed.
• H/G - Whole tuna gutted, beheaded, dorsal/pelvic fins and tail removed.
