imeshaseafood.com is a marketing site operated by Imesha Seafood Ceylon (PVT) Ltd. Content is provided for informational purposes only — species availability, sizes, cuts and indicative pricing are subject to seasonal variation and are not a binding offer.

Quote-handling terms

Submitting a Request for Quote does not create a binding contract. Imesha Seafood will respond with a Proforma Invoice (PI) tailored to your specification — pricing, packaging, Incoterm and lead times become binding only when a PI is countersigned and the first deposit is received.

Photography & copy

Product photography, copy, video and assets on this site are owned by Imesha Seafood and may not be reproduced without written permission. Where stock or third-party assets are used, they are credited in the page metadata.

Trade compliance

We export under the regulatory framework of Sri Lanka and the destination country. Buyers are responsible for confirming that their import permits, FDA Prior Notice (US), CHED-D documentation (EU) and any local certifications are in place before shipment.

Liability

Imesha Seafood's liability is limited to the value of the shipment in question. Where a shipment fails to meet the specs in the signed PI, our standard remedy is replacement on the next shipping cycle, or a credit note — at the buyer's election.
